They have so much inventory to select from so it was great that we were given a bunch of samples to take home. The installer was on time, clean and very hard working. I even got a phone call stating he would be to our home in 30 mins. The carpet is stunning, so soft and cushiony. I am beyond happy with the whole process!"

My fiance and I had been looking for sometime trying to find laminated flooring and a company that had a great selection and an atmosphere of professionalism. Tough to find these days, I assure you. After months of frustrating work, we happened upon New York Carpets. John Haines met us and led us to his samples of laminated flooring...and there were many from which to choose. We had numerous questions for John after so many weeks of searching and he answered all and volunteered much that we hadn't thought to consider when making a choice and installing. We settled on a particular item and started the process of getting it installed. That became our next wonderful experience. Ken and Daryl showed on the day of install, on time, and ready to go to work. And boy, did they work. We were blown away by their speed and thoroughness. They told us that they needed 3 days. I thought they were overly optimistic...but, nope, 3 days later we had before us an absolutely gorgeous new floor: trim and all. They worked diligently and professionally moving furniture and putting it back and we are so appreciative to those to hard-working gentlemen.
